MAINTAIN HULL do actually work to maintain the hull of your vessel.

For those who simply just have to know, you can now use CLAN POWERS or
CLAN <x> POWERS to show the clan powers that you are able to use in your
currently active clan or in clan number <x> on your CLAN LIST.
