To avoid the awkwardness of having "an exit leading in (closed door)"
showing when you look in a room in plots where out-of-subdivision houses
have been built, where there is no description of the house otherwise in
the room, I am offering this to owners of out-of-sub houses: we will
place a "building" item in that room, whose description when probed or
seen in the room (the ext_desc and the long_desc) can be customised
within reason.

The descriptions must be approved for suitability and, once set, cannot
be changed without purchasing a description customisation (50 credits).
The initial placement and description customisation, however, will be
free of charge. For example, you could make it so that your house shows
in the entry point room as "A rough granite fortress towers here." If
