city-states of Achaea for the Effigy of Victory will begin at 10pm GMT
on Saturday, February 7th, and last two hours. 10pm GMT on February 7th
is 2pm PST and 5pm EST on February 7th. If you are in Sydney, Australia,
this would be 9AM on Sunday, February 8th.
