First, I failed to mention in the previous announce post regarding the
artefact sale that those particular artefacts will only be on sale until
the start of Sept 15th, GMT. That is, after midnight Sept 14th GMT, they
will revert to their previous price.

Second, a bunch of miscellaneous tune-ups and bugfixes today, including
but not limited to:

- Serpentlord snakes will no longer "fade into view" when you enter the
realms. They will enter your inventory quietly instead.

- Wood vipers and marsh vipers will now yield venom sacs for
concoctionists.

- Activating/deactivating an Orb of Confinement will now record to that
city's military logs. (MILLOG <your city name>)

- Those on probation in Houses with a Master Crystal can no longer
refine from that crystal.

- If you file an issue where your issue text is longer than what can be
submitted, instead of submitting a cut-off report, the system will now
alert you to the problem and ask you to re-file instead.

- Letters taken out of stationery kits will now have max months until
decay (10) as soon as taken out.
