Seafaring and Ships - status

Seafaring and ships are well on their way! For those of you who are not
intimately involved in the day-to-day developments, I thought it        
worthwhile to describe the abilities and/or features currently in place
that are operable now, representing about 80-90% of Seafaring.
HELP SEAFARING has a more comprehensive view of what's coming, and how  
all these things fit into the overall scheme of Seafaring and ships.    
Any item below is a Seafaring ability or possibly a ship-related feature
added in recent weeks. To the right of any name will be either a help
section, or the syntax you need to use (probably while shipboard) to see
whatever syntax reminder there may be.
Don't know how close the full introduction of Seafaring is, but it's
