In response to an excellent point made that "Place of many pines" is too
near the CTF location "Mount Sinope", we will be auctioning off the
right to build in a lovely spot in the Southern Vashnars in its stead:
"The foot of a waterfall".
Penned by my hand on the 15th of Chronos, in the year 450 AF.
