- Persons formally allied to a city can now speak and understand that
city's language.

- The long-requested ARMOURLIST now exists. You gain it at the same
skillrank as WEAPONLIST.

- Gold deposits in an organisation's account at a bank must now equal
100 gp or greater, to prevent malicious spamming of organisational logs
with smaller amounts.

- Holocaust globes now respect the boundaries of reality and should no
longer affect those phased.

- Those with a gem of cloaking activated will no longer show up in their
city's help scrolls, under the list of those online and able to citizen,
whether by virtue of cityrank or council/ministry position.

- Oddities with KOTH and CVA team scores not incrementing correctly
sometimes should be fixed. If you notice this continuing to happen at
any time, please do BUG (but please communicate with others in the arena
so that only one person files the report, not all in the game).
