In Houses with a Master Crystal, only those HR3 and over may use
crystalhome. This is to prevent someone from joining via Certimene and
having instant access to the master crystal and House Estate. Houses
with Master Crystals, please alert your HR1 and 2s that this skill is no
longer accessible until HR3.
