We have added a new help file - HELP MARKET, and have updated or
expanded 12 more help files, 20 groves ab files, and 8 ab files
in metamorphosis.

- helpfiles: basecommands, channels, choosing, church, class,
class serpent, guild, guild system, orghelp, packs,
runelore, and tutors.

- groves: barrier, cage, channel, dampen, eject, elevate,
fertility, flash, flow, forestbinding, hive, imprint,
lightning, look, rejuvenate, resurrection, return, sharing,
summon, and trap.

- metamorphosis: ambush, bonding, forage, gaze, hoist, melody,
transmorph, and trumpet.
