With the advent of the new weaponry system, and today's changes
to Tekura, you will all need and want a salve of restoration.

Some explanation is in order. With weaponry and with tekura (as well as with all future physically-based
attacks most likely), individual body parts (head, torso, left arm,
right arm, left leg, right leg) can be targetted.
Now, aside from your normal health, these parts can be damaged by
attacks to that part. When cumulative damage to that body part reaches
a certain level, something bad with happen. With legs/arms, the
limb will be broken. With the torso, extra bleeding with ensue, and
with the head, you will gain the stupidity affliction. Once this
happens, you are at level 1 of damage to that body part. It should be noted that curing that
body part of the afflictions (like using a mending salve to cure
the broken arm) will cure the affliction, but NOT cure the damage to
that bodypart. In order to do this, you will need to apply a
salve of restoration to it.

Once you are at level one of damage for that bodypart, more damage
can be poured on. When you reach level 2, bad things happen.
Your limbs can be mutilated into uselessness, so that you have
to apply a restoration salve to them to heal them (and it does
not work instantly). Your head can suffer a concussion, and your
body can suffer massive internal bleeding.

A restoration salve may be obtained at Seasone with the refill
command.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Valnuary, in the year 204 AF.
