a few more re-Weaves left out from the last report

A few more things that have recently been re-Woven -
- pentagrams can only be carved in the ground, no in trees or air.
- offer to defile, and you will no longer be able to offer to sanctify
directly thereafter
- you may not grove flow to yourself.
- certain oddities in learning should no longer appear (viz. "A pile
of golden soveriegns bows and tells you the lesson is complete.")
