Applications for mortal builder trainees are now being accepted. Those
who wish to apply should read HELP MORTAL BUILDERS, but do NOT follow
the instructions for submitting a proposal. We are not accepting area
proposals from mortals at this time, only applications for training.

To receive a copy of the current guidelines for an application, email
makali@achaea.com with "request for builder application guidelines" as
the subject. Your character must have at least 500 hours of playing time
and an exceptional grasp of grammar and descriptive writing skills.
