Jaru is no longer a free PK zone. All normal rules once again apply with
the exception that Shallam has one day to neutralize the totems within
the village. After that, any who are hit by a totem tuned for Shallam
within Jaru will gain cause on the totem maker as per normal PK rules
regarding totems on non-organizational property.

As stated before, no cause was gained in this conflict so do not attempt
to use any in future conflicts.

For any planning on hanging out in Jaru antagonizing people on either
side of the fence, please read the section in the rules regarding
provocation before deciding to issue for any attacks that result from
your antagonizing.
