A few new things: You can now turn guildtell on and off by using GTON
and GTOFF. You can now see who else from your Divine Order is online
by using OWHO.

Finally, I have added an Out-Of-Character channel. To use it, do:
OOC <whatever>. OOCOFF will turn the channel off, and OOCON will turn it
on.

Now, I have misgivings about putting this channel in, and it may not
stay in. However, while it is in, I don't want to hear any OOC things
on shout or on guildtell. If you want to talk OOC, use tells, and if
you want to talk as a group, either use the OOC channel or, preferably,
go gather somewhere together and use say.
