Toxicology
------------------
- Euphorbia should now fire a lot more often.
- I've reduced the damage by 3% to make up for this.
- Loki no longer gives vardrax, jalk, oleander, selarnia, or colocasia.
- Loki now gives sumac.

Misc
------------------
- I've looked at how guards react to calls for help, and how they
return to their guarded post. This seems to be fixed, but if there's
any issues, feel free to BUG it.
- Guards will now respond a little more frequently over CT about
enemies.
- Guards now say something when they return to their post, so you
should be able to tell when they're done (depending on a roll at
least, so it isn't too spammy).
- Bountying a player will give them a short message stating they were
bountied.
- Claiming a bounty will notify the bountied player.
