1) Inferno will now cost 10 elemental ashes again.

2) When a room has been set on fire, whether through a skill (inferno,
firestorm) or through the fires spreading, the room will be "burnt" for
25 hours (one Aetolian month). No fires can spread to a room that has
been burnt. Note that a room being burnt won't prevent the
Inferno/Firestorm skills from working on it.
