Amongst other changes, the bug reporting system has been completely
re-vamped. Any bugs you now report using the BUG command can be reviewed
with the BUGS command and they will only disappear from that list
once it has either been fixed or rejected for any reason (type HELP BUGS
for more information).

I have cleared the bugfile as a result of this, although I have stored all
the old bugs and I am aware of some things still not working properly
such as falcons. Please feel free to bug anything that is still broken
as these bugs will gain priority over the old list of bugs which I am still
steadily working through.
