I would like every guild to make a list of the abilities in their skills
that do not work properly. I want an e-mail of this list from _one_
person. So, each guild figure out who is going to be responsible for
this, and mail me the list at sarapis@achaea.com. The list should
include abilities that are not in and abilities that are not functioning
properly. Priests, leave out Healing, as I know it isn't in at all.

Note that this is _not_ an invitation for everyone to e-mail me ways
in which they'd like thier skills made infinitely powerful, etc.
