I have written a basic help system for new players. Typing HELP on its
own will point new players to a help file called, of all things,
NEWPLAYERS. This file lists a bunch of other files in the order that they
are intended to be read, and newbies, especially those that have never
played MUDs before, should read through them. Those that have played
MUDs before should still probably read them actually.
