Be it known that on this day, the 22nd day of Lupar, within the two hundred and fifty second year after the fall of the Selucarian Empire the GuildMasters of Shallam gathered as one to sign the Guild Charter of Shallam. This was witnessed by the the matron of Shallam, Miramar and the Lord of Balance, Daedalus.

Their actions have ushered in a new era for the city of Shallam and may all know that Shallam now stands united as one entity, and not three seperate ones
