Not sure if it's the same bug Alanna mentioned, but expect to have an
arrow left undyed in your quiver, even though you try to dye them all.

When you have 100 arrows in your quiver ud...undyed, dye 99 of them.
When you have 10 arrows, dye 9 of them.

INSPECT QUIVER will help a lot in checking your arrows in quiver.
