A study of the basics of Achaea's history and mythos would clear
up such false assumptions. The Unnamable Horror is a "being of
incomprehensible structure" who entered Creation in its infancy.

As for your other impressions regarding the Spawn and its
construction, let it suffice to say that they are false also.

Your questions regarding its gender and intelligence seem
rather spurious considering the Spawn's actions. His ability
to communicate in Achaean certainly points to intelligence,
and I consider his search for women to mate with to be an
indicator to his ability to copulate with such.
