Dearest Aoifa,

My dear friend, you misinterpret me. I did not say that
the struggle between Good and Evil is eternal nor did I say
that it was responsible for all things beautiful and painful.
What I said is that conflict itself is eternal (as long as the
material realm exists). It is the struggle between enthalpy
and entropy that is eternal. The ideals of Good and Evil will
only exist as long as there are consciencenesses that can
comprehend such concepts. But, I think it commendable and
even a bit arrogant that you would think that darkness is the
terminal state and embrace your religion so entirely. I have a
wonderful theory that deals with this premise that I would love
to share with you in palaver if you wish.

In the Light may be found truth and beauty, the salt and pepper of life,
