Stratos,
Before I continue, know that this is my own...not opinion...but understanding of the way things work.
A divinity represents a certain aspect of life, and represents the ultimate form of that ideal. We all have noticed that at times the Divinities have differences of...opinions. Stratos, you ask, what do we do then? Well, we have two choices:
1) Decide that to choose which god/goddess is right or wrong is impossible, and refrain from worshipping any divinity.
2) Decide that we like a certain Divinity's ideals, and worship that god/goddess. This is actually embracing that Divinities ideals, and trying to follow them.

So, when a Divinity contradicts another divinity, remember that any judgement you make will likely be flawed, so it is safer not to make any public judgement, and for the rest...be respectful, and...diplomatic, and you will be fine. Oh, and keep in mind that we are all entitled to our own ideals, and that as long as we dont challenge the gods with those ideals, then there will be no problems.
