I am now announcing my glorious return to the realms to resume my position as tycoon. I will be leasing out my shop in Ashtan. Please message me if you are interested. It will be one lump sum, The name will stay the same, the ownership will stay the same, you will run the shop and take the full profits from it. My beautiful wife and I will be going into semi-retirement.
I will still be running Frogg's House of Goods in Hashan and Freyja will still be running Frogg's House of Fresh Produce in Delos and possible Frogg's House of Spatulas in Hashan. Kahless will retain his dominion of Frogg's House of Spiritual Goodness in Shallam (the name will shortly reappear there).
If anyone is interested please msg me. I will also be open to any other options and investments that can make me money.
As always, I am interested in buying stores not wanted. If you want to sell your store then msg me. No hemming, no..well I'll have the money in a day or so. I will give you cash right away and make it fast. Include the location and asking price in your message and I will check it out and have my decision or a counter offer within a few minutes unless I am otherwise occupied.

Allow me to say, in closing, that it is nice to be back in the land.

P.S. If you have a shop and need fast cash I will pay you for your shop (admittedly much less than I would if I were buying it outright) and allow you to keep running it. Just th eopwnership and name will change. You will still make money. I will possibly even give you the option of buying it back later if you desire.
