Aye. As Cooper has said. The Infernals have made no formal declaration of war. We have simply called patrols to keep certain members of the Church off our land (North of Thera) As long as they stay clear then I seriously doubt there will be much bloodshed.

This patrolling has led to several accusations of Infernals breaking the Code of Honour. In all cases (that I am aware of) we have shouted our intent that the area should be vacated or all tresspassers would be executed by our patrol. Regretably this appears as teaming to some. However all parties had amply time to flee the position and chose not to.

On a side note I would like to publicly applaud Sir Kay. He is extremly honorable and a man to be admired. All of the encounters I have had with this man he has treated all with the respect they deserve.
