Some criticism

A) What makes a stronger society? Punishment by death, which weeds out the weak and, at the same time, decimates at least half of the population? And when then, those who seemed to appear strong enough appear weak - since there is no weaker than them, all those who used to be have been eliminated - and they will perish for their weakness as well, aren't we drawn into a loophole of the type "There can be only one!"? Or perhaps, is it preferable to apply psychological (mental, as I understand you term it) harm, or such displays of cruelty that constitute torture, which would inflict pain upon them without decimating them, which will allow an entire population to survive, and in the end, there will be more than one, and all will be 'strong' and getting 'stronger'.

B) There is no 'B'. I had to write it since I labeled the previous point 'A'.
