I don't completely understand the rules of Ashtan. You are not allowed to kill the people of Ashtan, such as the young men and the people inside, yet many Ashtan citizens are even encouraged to kill the orphans. Are the orphans not a part of Ashtan? Or are they just allowed to be killed simply because they are poor?
