I have thought that it is an obvious crime, but apparently
some still remain ignorant of the nature of this crime and
continue to commit it against the city of Ashtan.

Please note that you will be branded an enemy of the city of
Ashtan, if it is recorded black & white clearly on the city
logs that you have slain someone loyal to Ashtan. For example,
Dowager Montaganet, the myrmidons, the shiftless men found in
the streets of Ashtan even.
