Personal War & Convocation

We may all have our own personal preferences in regard to Tylin
& Pierce, treaty terms, etc., but facts are facts, and I'll point
them out here.
Tylin does not have the power at all to declare war for the city of
Ashtan. What he has declared can at most be a personal war against
the church, in this case. The treaty terms, as listed in public news
number 3264 are all about shrines. Pierce has agreed to it as a
representative of the church. So has Maran, as a representative of the
city of Shallam. Mical has further issued the one & only warning that
anyone using convocation on someone without consent will be branded an
enemy of Shallam, as long as the treaty is intact <public news #3275>.
Even though Dingo later claimed that Mical's statement of intent has no
legal base, Mical, however, is the Sultan of the city of Shallam, and his
words should count.
We in Ashtan are awaiting an official response from Shallam & the church
on this breaking of the treaty.
Mistral, Archon for Ashtan
Penned by my hand on the 12th of Lupar, in the year 236 AF.
