In my humble opinion and with all due respect to the Logos,
it seems that Tylin posted in an effort to set himself
apart from the treaty when he publicly declared war on the
church and made the statement that it had nothing to do with any
city only himself. He acted in a way that was violent against
members of the church killing them repeatedly. Any actions taken
against him.. and him alone... should also be seen in that light.
Otherwise, his actions would have to be seen as breaking the
treaty by directly attacking the church and declaring war.

You cannot have it both ways. If one action does not break the
treaty then the response should not either. Unless you are merely
using it as an excuse. Are you?
