I, Halo, as Archon of Ashtan, declare that Pierce's blatent actions *using the powers on Convoction* is a breach in the Treaty, and Ashtan demands that he is enemied by ALL 3 cities for his actions. The Treaty no-where stated that ANY one person can be excluded from the treaty's demands. As GM of the Paladins, I would expect him to show his Honour and accept his actions.
