Tylin has declared war on the church and killed us repeatedly in shallam for no reason. In response I have decided to convocate and kill him repeatedly. His decleration of war clearly relieves us of any obligations to a treaty in regards to him, and to quote him on the matter:
Sir Tylin, Dragon of Darkness tells you, "Read the treay? Last time I checked, Tylin andthe Church didn't have a treaty.
