Peace is a unrealistic conception there will always be the strong (sinistar, Infernals....Etc) and the will rule the weak
(Amlas, Churchies...Etc) Peace is a conception grasped by the weak when they can't hope to be stronger.
The only true peace can be reached only when the Church and its evils have been destroyed and the infernals
will lead the populace into a bright and glorious future under Lord Sartan.
Goodness: If their was no evil then there could be no good
So it must be good to be evil
