24 Chronos - Moonlit Masquerade
Hosted by the Order of the Moon, Her Seekers, but credit really goes to Vesperyn.
Details on Public 23080, 23084, 23085, 23125. Its going to be a bunch.
This masquerade is formal attire, and shall also include the Night's Chrystalis Fashion Show and the Dark Dancers competition.
The former I mentioned, the latter is a judged dance competition whether solo, with a partner, or a troupe.

This is a contest of riddles. She has informed me that one has already completed the challenge. Two prizes remain.
