Festival of the Moon Scavenger Hunt - an exercise in observation

Greetings!
In honour of the Lady Ourania, and because we are having a Festival of the Moon, let's play a game - and try to learn something at the same time!
In order to learn about something, it is always good to read anything you can get your hands on, listen whenever those who know want to teach, and be observant to the world around you - there are clues to learning everywhere - sometimes where you least expect them to be. All of these are true in one's search for knowledge about the Lady Ourania and this little scavenger hunt is an exercise in being observant.
The Lady Moon had, for years, Her roots and origins in the city of Hashan, and it is there, and in nearby areas that one finds clues to Her origins, Her history and Her realm. The following clues will lead you to find some of these pieces of knowledge, and hopefully make you curious to find out more about Her and Her fascinating realm.
For this hunt, there is no need to collect any items. When you have solved the clue, write down the name of the room you found it in and the name of the item. Feel free to give any information you can find, or that you know about the item.
Send your answers by letter to Marra and do not forget to sign them! Contest ends in Glacian 1012. The first person to submit the correct answers will receive 25 credits. Second will receive 15 credits and Third to submit will receive 10 credits.

1. I sit at the entrance to a city, but I didn't come from there.
I fell from the sky when something was destroyed.

2. I have white petals, and silver veined leaves.
You can pick me in a place where you wouldn't expect to find flowers, but you would be on the way to find a book, maybe!

3. Once, the Lady Moon was mortal.
I am a representation of her mortal being.
Where and What am I?
4. I am a place sacred to the Lady Moon.

5. When the Lady Moon was a mortal, I was Her weapon.
You can find me stuck in the ground.
