A Formal Acknowledgement of Wrongdoing

To the Realms,
I write this letter as a formal apology for my leaving the Order of Thurisaz without a formal discharge.
I was once a citizen of the Heart of the Vashnars, proudly I served under Sir Troyian as his Page and upheld the values of the Order of Thurisaz. I held strong to those values when the Heart of the Vashnars fell, fighting against my nature to stay in a city whose values were slowly changing to be opposite my own.
An incident occurred within the village of Ka'Doloki, where needless slaughter took place, and a Dame of Thurisaz was struck by a God for defending them. I admit, realm, something in me broke that month, and I acted dishonourably by outright leaving my current home and Order. Tossed to the ground were my obligations with my ire at the situation, and that was wrong of me.
I would, now, put it to you all that I see my error and acknowledge it. It was not right for me to betray my brethren in arms with desertion, even if my morals demanded it. I would work, now, not to make amends, but to move forward.
I have always strived to live honourably, and sought to make for myself a place within the Guild so I might work towards a better tomorrow alongside them. To that end, I plan to devote myself fully to bettering myself, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Both to prove the Thurisaz's initial belief in me was not misplaced, and to strive to bring about a better world for those around me.
This apology is not me saying I believe what happened to the Heart of the Vashnars is right, but rather that how I handled my reaction to it was wrong.
I plan to, moving forward, seek entrance into the city of Targossas, and from there work to earn a rank within the Order of Eastern Sacraments. I also plan to stand as a stalwart reminder of the resolve of Saravoia, my current home, to continue to provide the realms with help, however needed.
I humbly thank you for your attentions in this matter.
