Eleusis

I am not Eleusian anymore. I lost my villageship, because my centuries old allyship to Cyrene (which I helt very very dear), could, after new rules were made, not be grandfathered in. I understood, and never raised a stink.

(Later, I also lost this very allyship with Cyrene, by divine decision, but that is another story. Another divine decision lead to me eventually being enemied to Cyrene, but also, this is another story.)

My love and respect for Eleusis has never faltered.

I also understand that progress and changes are part of meaningful communities.

However, I sadly find it very difficult to think of any scenario that could make it unavoidable to kill someone like Saelily, whom I know and will vouch for as one of the kindest, non-confrontational, most creative and loving mortals in the realms. I consider myself very fortunate to be her contemporary.

Some details of the recent shouting conversation that included her have made me very sad. That she was killed made me very sad.

Was there really no other way to communicate beloved divine wisdom?

My apologies, but I find it very hard to believe this. I will continue loving.
