Hail. Icy winter tidings to all.


The knights are ready to heed the calls to war put forth by the Gods. In the name of our patrons, our nations, our peoples, and our champions, the upcoming games promise to be a demonstration of tremendous prowess and violent aptitude by the knights of the land and the noble competitors in the games.

But we pine yet-further for the arena; the knightly young yearn for the clash and clamor, the sawdust and viscera, the justice of the hammer and the sermon of the sword. The duelist and twins tournament are enough to whet the whistle, but our calls demand yet-more.

As such Guild of Knights shall host another blood-drenched tournament, supplementary to the ongoing celebrations, that the peoples of Sapience and Meropis may have yet-further cause for songs to be sung, tankards to be turned upwards, and the raucous chorus of the arena for ever-more skillfully executed carnage. While we share the Gods' enthusiasm for dueling prowess and for the skill of pairs of warriors, we would not deny the powerful fighting trios of the Guild and of the world an opportunity to demonstrate their violent aptitude as well.

Any three warriors - or brave, if naive scholars - may enter into the tournament - to compete as a team against another three warriors of the realms. These teams will do battle until one emerges victorious; it is these who shall know the pride, and the prestige, and the considerable purse that follows the winners.

Those interested in joining must register their intent to fight by sending me a message containing the names of their war parties. Achaeans shall have until the ninth day of the ninth month (Phaestian), year 999 to enter, at which point the teams shall be set, the matchups devised and announced, and the violent march towards ascendancy made real.
