The forces of Ashtan have demonstrated a complete disregard for any semblance of rules of engagement in their pursuit of kidnapping the children under Targossas' care. There can be no negotiation with those who would prey upon children, and no quarter given to those who target the most vulnerable.

Effective immediately, any attempt to abduct a child in the care of Targossas will be met with the full and unrelenting force of Their army. Those who engage in such despicable acts will be pursued and slain until such time as they cease their efforts and issue a public apology for their crimes against the children of the Hearth.

The following individuals are currently being pursued under the terms of this decree:

- Dunn
- Archaeon
- Dalran
- Eoka
- Naxx

This pursuit will not end until they have made amends for their transgressions. Let this serve as a warning to all who would threaten the children of Targossas: we will not falter, we will not negotiate, and we will not rest until justice is served.
