Dear homeowners of Sapience,

As any good property owner knows, regular maintenance and repair is part and parcel of a safe and sturdy home. Y'know, termites, peeling paint, all that sort of thing.

Having said that, my houseworker has informed me that while doing some regular checks on the Acreage, he spotted an absolute madman trying to stab holes in the walls and load-bearing pillars. We do not know who he is, he is not one of the regular carpenters on the Acreage payroll and does not appear to be any authority on architecture or engineering.

Please be on the lookout for this vandal, we do not know what other damage he might do in his mania.
