When one party without a military or strength begs for the protection of another, is 'Treaty of Mutual Defence' an apt description? Or did your fear of change cause you to grovel at the feet of one you perceive to be a stronger nation?

From the conversations that I witnessed, Cyrene offered you a chance to be part of something. You were given a chance to make your people truly safe and grow. Instead you chose to hide under the coattails of Eleusis, while pretending you are not.
