It is no small thing for a ruler to open the door to peace, and to take the first step. Should you do so, the Incandescent Empire will recognize your wisdom and magnanimity in bringing pointless bloodshed to an end.

Failing to do so, however, would reveal your decree to be of the same quality of your manner in our most recent meeting, and the pointless loss of life will no doubt continue.
