King Tu'eras,
Your anger is earned. From where you stand, from where most of the world stands, our silence must look like indifference. Maybe for some of us it is.
I cannot speak for Cyrene as one voice, because we are clearly not one mind on this issue. I can only say this: there are Cyrenians working in earnest to see this curse broken. Those of us that are trying to help have set aside enmities and are working alongside our foes to see the curse unraveled, because your suffering matters more than the grudges we hold or our thoughts on matters of conquest. There are those of us willing to sacrifice soul or sanity to save you, and we have been working since the moment this curse was cast.
I share your wish that our leadership would state this plainly, and act with unity. If you will allow it, let this be on record: Cyrene is not as silent as it seems, and some of us intend to prove it with results, not pageantry.
Forevermore,
Adrey Terias
