Thank you, Laorir, for admitting upon this most public forum that your fear of Ashtan, your ignorance of our goals, and your inability to discern the heights of our ambition led you to spread false information.

You are correct in quoting me when I said we conquered most of Sapience, but that is over the course of our empire. As of the Underworld's assault on the Aalen, we were but a mere four years into being able to conquer at all. To say you drew the conclusions you did based upon our expanse at our peak is to justify your lies with information you did not possess.

You are correct, too, that Eoka provided you only with a list of Ashtani kills and deaths, because that is who you accused of killing Cyreneans. The list included only those deaths involving Ashtani, none of which included Cyreneans. As you noted. In fact, the entire Cyrenean group walked through a melee between the forces of Ashtan and Undeath with nary a blow given them by Ashtani! Save for a reflexive command to my dervish when Kog flew overhead, and perhaps Faerum from area effects while he took shelter with us.

I will provide a list of those fallen from when Zsarachnor shouted on the 8th of Valnuary 913 AF until the battle ended by letter, upon request. Do note that, again, no Cyreneans died to Ashtani hands, and neither did Ashtani die to Cyreneans. I am only stating facts.

As for other battles, appeals to hypocrisy are simple fallacies, and do not change what occurred in the Aalen when La'ramhis was resurrected. Perhaps you are conflating the battle to stop the Demise's beacon with the liberation tank we graciously permitted you to detonate in the Aalen some months later, after you formed your cowards' coalition. Ashtani did fell Cyreneans that day, but you've only your lies to blame for that.

While I am concerned with historical accuracy as a scholar, I am wholly unconcerned with mewling moralists. I do not care whether I am on the right side of history.

I am too busy making it.

Imyrr Invictus

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Valnuary, in the year 992 AF.
