Strange times, strange document

Greetings Sapience,

Recently while going about my regular business of raiding Ashtan, I stumbled across a strange document. It was a single sheet of paper, with the title "Meeting minutes for the Coalition against Creation" written at the top. I found the content of the document to be quite disturbing, and I have transcribed it in its entirety below:

Date: 21 Aeguary 987 AF

Meeting called to order by: Crixos
In attendance: Crixos, Dunn, Tih, Salisa, Elmer
Absent: Archaeon, Amranu, Milabar

Agenda items:
1) Cyrene requests more assistance, is struggling on their own.
2) Amranu never attends meetings, discuss removing him.
3) People are starting to notice the Cyrene-Chaos alliance is weird.

Item one: Cyrene requests more assistance.

Coalition Member (henceforth abbreviated: CM) Crixos raises the concern that even with Cyrenian population rising at an unprecedented rate and cleaning staff working all hours of the day to keep the baths and inns suitable for procreation, the Targossian threat somehow can't be contained. He requests more assistance from Ashtan, wants to potentially add the Order of Lord Babel as a fourth worldburn source.

CM Dunn objects on the grounds that he doesn't think he should have to raise shrines for somebody else's fight. CMs Tih, Salisa, Elmer reiterate the original request, and point out that the fight against Creation is everybody's fight.

Conclusion: CM Crixos will draft a proposal (in triplicate, naturally) to be brought forward at the next meeting.

Item two: Amranu

Conclusion: All CMs present agree Amranu is not living up to expectations, and unanimously vote to remove him from the Coalition.

Item three: Public awareness

CM Elmer remarks that he has been hearing rumours that Cyrene is actually run by disciples of Oblivion. CMs Crixos and Tih immediately censure CM Elmer and assure him that, as fellow Cyrenians of unquestionable loyalty, Cyrenian sovereignty remains the top priority of the Coalition.

A brief furor erupts, but CM Crixos calls for decorum and puts forward a motion to mark item three as resolved, which passes with three in favour and two abstentions.

Conclusion: There is no Chaotic cult infiltrating Cyrene.

All items having been addressed, the following announcements are made as the meeting adjourns: CM Salisa is turning 270 next month! Happy Birthday CM Salisa! Celebrations are postponed until The Cyrenian Empire is formally established.

Next meeting: Sarapin 988 AF

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Scarlatan, in the year 987 AF.
