Update to forest travel bans

Addressed to: The Shadowed Territories of Hashan
In regards to recent high crimes against the forest, patrols are hereby ordered to stay their arms against the following:
Inquisitor Ehene Marsyas
The above have pledged to disassociate themselves from any future act involving the bombing of the elder trees.
The following remained banned from travel in the forests:
Aina, Alania, Arcturus, Asmodron, Ildiko, Minkai, Zargoth
As noted in post 22578, those who wish to divest themselves from any involvement in the killing of the forests may appeal their status with whomsoever is the High Warden at the time of their appeal.
