Please elaborate on what you are trying to say, here. What does Narcisse have to do with anything that I said in my post? Does that change that the Farethi are clearly poisoning rivers and lakes?

There was an incident in Ka'doloki, yes. The world is aware of it. What are you trying to add, here? What are you hoping to actually contribute besides clearly deflecting from the very obvious allegations of actively trying to destroy water sources for communities like cowards.
