Seafaring

Citizens of Eleusis,

During the Great Hunt, I allowed my temper to flare when I should have let the Balance steady me. I spoke too sharply to Arheimar, Ranara,Ellendra and Saia while we were all meant to be fighting the same foe. I thought our communication unprofessional, and instead of bending like the willow, I cracked like dry bark.

For that, I offer apology. Yes, a real one.

But let me say this: miscommunication is no small thing. A word thrown wrong can wound as surely as a staff strike. I have seen it turn allies into strangers, and strangers into enemies. If my sarcasm cut too deep, then I regret it because what I truly wanted was to be understood, not divided.

I love Eleusis. I would not train, bleed, and shout here if I did not. My voice is loud because my heart is loud. Even when I am annoyed, even when I snap, it is only because I care about this village, its people, and the Balance we are sworn to protect.

So, to those four I wronged: take this as both apology and promise. Next time I get annoyed, I will try to channel it into killing denizens faster instead of cutting at my allies. Balance willing. Come on guys lets pull it together!
