With the plague crisis now winding down, it is clear that new measures must be implemented following careful observation. As the Cauda Rubra is committed to providing a safe haven within the village of Ethermere for study, research, and, most importantly, the free exchange of knowledge and information to the public, it is essential that this safety is preserved.

In light of the recent mobs that rampaged across the lands, including in Ethermere, driven by anger and the concealing of information, the Cauda Rubra will initiate new security protocols. These events were sparked by individuals who sought to both withhold knowledge of the cure and deliberately mislead the public.

Unfortunately, all individuals found to have knowingly been part of this ploy will be placed on a permanent enemy status. This status will revoke all access to the academy in Ethermere and the public library, and guards will attack on sight. Enemies will also be permanently barred from purchasing books or requesting information and research documents from the Cauda Rubra.

Those involved in the angry mobs are welcome to come forward for discussion, as we fully empathise with your situation. However, violent attacks in the streets are not permitted and will be met with force.

Further security measures may be introduced in due course. Appeals may be considered at a later time.
